Comment on a note and @mention teammates
Learn how to add comments to a note in Voze Pro and pull teammates into the conversation with @mentions.
- Open the Voze Pro app and tap My notes from your home screen.
- Tap the note you want to comment on.
- Tap Comments to open the comment thread.
The button shows "No comments" or the current count so you know what's already there.
- Type your comment in the comment field.
- To pull in a teammate, type @ immediately followed by their first and last name, then tap their name in the dropdown.
Mentioned names turn blue in your comment. Repeat for each teammate you want to loop in.
- Tap the blue arrow to post.
Everyone you mentioned gets a push notification.

Don't see your teammate?: Only people within your organization who use Voze may access the note and can be @mentioned. If a name doesn't appear in the dropdown, check who the note is shared with. |
