Create a task

Learn how to create a follow-up task.

To  create a task from a recorded note:
  • Open the Voze Pro app.
  • Tap the + from the home screen
  • Tap Create a note
  • Once you are in the New note screen, tap Record your note.
  • Say this phrase while recording your note, "Create a follow up task for [date], [time], [description]" or "remind me to call the customer back on [date], [time]"
  • Tap the blue checkmark to finish recording your note.  The tasks will appear in the Tasks section of the New note.

To manually create a task:

  • Tap the + icon and select Create a task.
  • Tap Company and pick the company the task is for.
  • Enter a description — what needs to happen, who's it for?
  • Tap Due date to choose when it will surface on your calendar. Tap Due time if your task needs to happen by a certain time.  Use the scroll wheels to choose the time and tap Save.
  • Tap the blue checkmark to save.
  • You may snooze a task if you are not ready to complete it.  To learn more, see Snooze a task.

Hot tip: Stack as many tasks as you need in a single recorded note. Try saying "Remind me to call John on Monday at 9 AM to send the updated quote and remind me to call John Wednesday at 2 PM to see if he has any questions." 

Where do tasks live? Every task lands on the My tasks card on your home screen. Tap it to see what's due today, snooze items, or mark them complete.
