Scan a business card

Learn how to scan a business card. 

  • Open the Voze Pro app.
  • Tap the + icon and select Create a contact.
  • Tap Scan business card. 
  • On the Select Company screen, find the company on the card or add it if it's new. You can: 
    • Search by company name
    • Pick a company under Nearby companies
    • Scroll All companies to browse
    • Tap + Company to add a new company and tap Scan business card

Note: If you select an existing company, you'll land back on the New Contact screen. If you tap + Company, the New Company screen will open.

  • Hold your phone steady, line up the front of the card in the frame, and tap the blue camera icon.
  • Tap Add back to capture the back of the card. 
  • Tap Next. Voze Pro processes the card and fills in the company and contact fields.
  • For a new company, finish filling out the New company screen and review the information. To learn how, see Create a company. Tap the blue checkmark to save the company.
  • Review the contact details on the New contact screen. 
  • Tap the blue checkmark to save. 

🔥 Hot tip: For best results, lay the business card on a flat, contrasting surface (a dark card on a light counter, or vice versa) and avoid glare.
