Met someone new on your route? Adding them to Voze Pro just got a lot faster. Scan business cards in Voze Pro, and it fills in the company and the contact at once.
A salesperson at an equipment supplier told us that adding a new account from a business card took two passes. They scanned the card to create the company, then scanned the same card again to get the contact. A team at a tire dealer asked for a scan they could start from the + button that checks for an existing company first.
We've cut business card scanning to just seconds. You snap the card once, and Voze Pro fills in the company and contact details for you. The company's already linked when you get to the contact. Save, and you land on the company's contacts tab with your new contact ready to go.
And if the company's already in Voze Pro, we'll let you know before anything's saved. You can add your new contact to that company instead of creating a duplicate.
If Duplicates detected pops up, tap the company that's already there to add your contact to it.
Next time someone hands you a business card, scan it before you pull away. Stop saving a stack of cards to type in later.
