Your phone tells you the moment a task is due

You set a follow-up for 2:30 p.m., then you were inside a shop and the time slid by. In Voze Pro, a push notification now pings your phone the moment a task is due, and one tap opens it.

Why we built it

Reps work in short windows between stops. A follow-up with a due time only helps if something tells you the time has come, and a list you have to remember to open doesn't.

What's different now

When a task you own reaches its due time, Voze Pro sends a push notification that says "You have a task due," with the company and the task underneath. If a few tasks come due together, you get one ping with the count, and tapping it takes you to My Tasks. Finish or delete a task before its time and it stays quiet.

How to use it

  • Add a due date and time when you create a task.
  • Keep notifications on for Voze Pro in your phone's settings.
  • Tap the notification to open the task.

What to do next

Put the time on the next follow-up you promise, right in Voze Pro, and let your phone do the remembering.
