You save a note and Voze Pro says it failed, so you type it again. Notes now save and process the way they should, and routes keep the plan you set.
What we heard
A rep told Support they kept seeing "Failed to save note" and were typing notes in twice. A sales manager at a tire dealer told us Review your note alerts had one rep logging fewer calls.
What's different now
For reps
- When a note saves, Voze Pro tells you, so you don't type it twice.
- A note with a Review your note alert finishes once you confirm it, and reprocessing no longer makes it disappear.
- Each route stop has its own navigation icon. Routes sent to Apple Maps start from where you are, with Go ready.
- Your stop order stays put, Edit renames a route and removes stops in one place, and the route shows the stops left.
- Nearby companies load when the app opens, and long tag names keep their checkbox on Android.
For managers and admins
- Add Comment in the Detailed Activity Report email opens the record.
- Notes your reps save show up in reports. In Voze Web, a company's All Notes scrolls through its full history, and the Note Type filter lists your types.
How to use it
- On a saved route, tap the three-dot menu, then Edit.
- Tap the red minus to remove a stop, then the check to save.
What to do next
Stop re-typing saved notes. Drag your stops into driving order once, and leave it. See what else reps can do in Voze for reps.
