Why can't I see the right company when I search?

Try the solutions below to find the correct company in the search on web, iOS, and Android apps.

  • Double-check search terms
    • If there are typos or added search terms not found in the company name, the desired results may not display 
    • Different searches accept different search criteria
      • Web - searches company name, city, and state.
      • iOS - searches company name, city, and state.
      • Android - only searches company name.
  • Pull down to refresh
    • If there have been any recent updates to your assigned companies, simply pull down to refresh the page to view the most current company list.

                         

  • Ask your admin about company assignments.
    • Your team's administrators manage access to accounts, so feel free to contact them to confirm that your assignments are accurate.
