Create a task
Learn how to create a follow-up task in Voze Pro — manually from the + menu, or automatically from a recorded note.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Create a task manually from the + menu:
- Tap the + icon and select Create a Task.
- Tap Company and pick the company the task is for.
- Enter a description — what needs to happen, who's it for, what's the context.
- Set the due date. Add a specific time if it matters.
- Tap the blue checkmark to save.
- Or create one or more tasks from inside a note:
- Start a note from the + menu — record or type as usual.
- Include this phrase inside your note: Create a follow up task for [date], [time], [description].
- Save the note with the blue checkmark.
Voze Pro picks up the phrase, auto-schedules the task, and adds it to My tasks for the company on the note.

Hot tip: Stack as many tasks as you need in a single note. Try "Create a follow up task for Monday at 9 AM to send the updated pricing sheet. Create a follow up task for Wednesday at 2 PM to call John about the restock." Each phrase turns into its own task — one note, every next step covered, nothing falls through the cracks. |

Where do your tasks live?: Every task lands on the My tasks card on your home screen. Tap it to see what's due today, snooze items, or mark them complete. |
