Delete a contact

Learn how to remove a contact from a company in Voze Pro.

  • Open the Voze Pro app.

  • Tap Find
  • Tap Contacts
  • Type the name of the contact in the "Search contacts" field
  • Tap the contact's name
  • Tap the three-dot menu
  • Tap Delete
  • A prompt will ask whether you want to "Delete this contact?"  Tap Delete to proceed.  This can't be undone.

  • On the company profile, tap the Contacts tab.
  • Tap the contact's name to open their profile.
  • Tap the three-dot menu in the top right of the contact's profile.
  • Tap Delete.
  • Tap Delete on the confirmation prompt to remove the contact.

Deleting is permanent: Once you tap Delete, the contact is gone. Notes and tasks linked to that contact stay on the company, but they'll show as unassigned. If you only need to update the contact's details, edit the contact instead.

Don't see the three-dot menu? Some teams restrict contact deletion to admins. If the option isn't there, reach out to your admin or contact support at support@voze.com.
