Find a note
Learn how to look up a note in Voze Pro — by your recent activity, the company it's tied to, or a teammate's mention.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Look through your recent notes:
- Tap the My notes card on the home screen.
- Scroll through your latest captures.
Tap a note to open it.
- Find a note by the company it's tied to:
- Open the company. Use Find, the map, Favorites, or Companies nearby.
- Tap the Notes tab on the company profile.
- Scroll to the note you're looking for.
Tap the note to open it.
- Jump to a note from your Notification Center:
- Tap the bell icon on the home screen.
- Tap any @mention, comment, or task reminder.
The related note opens directly.

Hot tip: If you remember who you met with, start with the company. Every note lives on its company's Notes tab, so jumping to the company is the fastest way to find a note you logged weeks or months ago. |

Make notes easier to find later: Lead every note with a clear description — who you met, what you discussed, what's next. Add Tags that apply, attach a contact, and link Images or files when it helps. Future you will thank you. |
