Link a note to a deal

Learn how to link a visit note to a deal in Voze Pro and find it on the deal later.

Link your visit notes to a deal, and every conversation about it shows up in one place on the deal.

Don't see Deals? Deals are turned on account by account, and they're in Voze Pro only, not Voze Web. Ask your customer success manager (CSM) or email support@voze.com.

  1. Start a note the way you normally do. Tap the plus button, then tap Note. Or open the company and tap Note.
  2. Pick the Company if it isn't filled in, choose an Interaction type, and record or type your note.
  3. Tap Link to, then tap the Deals tab. It shows the active deals for the note's company.
  4. Tap the circle beside the deal. Or tap New deal to create one right there.
  5. Save your note.

🔥 Hot tip: Pick the company first. You won't see its open deals, or be able to add a new one, until a company is picked.

See the notes on a deal

  1. Open the deal.
  2. Tap the Notes tab to see every note linked to it.
  3. Tap a note to open it. The deal shows in its Linked to section.
