Manage job sites

A job site keeps one project's pin, contractors, and notes together in Voze Pro, even before the project has a street address.

Add a job site

1. Open the Voze Pro app.
2. Tap the plus button, then tap Jobsite. Or, on the map, tap the blue pin button in the bottom-right corner, then tap Add job site.
3. On New job site, enter the Job site name.
4. Tap Job site location and pick the spot on the map.
5. Fill in any other details you want. Only the name and location are required.
6. Tap Create.

Add contractors to a job site

1. Open the job site. You can find it in Find, on the Job Sites tab.
2. On Jobsite details, under Linked Companies, tap the blue + beside General Contractor(s) or Sub Contractor(s).
3. On Add company to job site, tap the company. If it isn't under Nearby, search for it in Find a company.

Link a note to a job site

1. On New note, tap the plus beside Link to.
2. On the Job Sites tab, tap the circle beside the job site. The list shows the active job sites for the note's company.
3. To see every note linked to a job site, open the job site and tap its Notes tab.

Add or remove companies from Edit job site

1. Open the job site.
2. Tap the ⋯ menu, then tap Edit job site.
3. Scroll down to Linked Companies, below End date (estimated).
4. To add a company, tap Add company to job site under General Contractor(s) or Sub Contractor(s), then tap the company on Add company to job site. Tap X to close it without adding one.
5. To remove a company, tap the red minus button beside its name, then tap Remove. Changed your mind? Tap the minus button again before you tap Remove.
6. Tap the checkmark to save. You'll see Job site updated, and the job site shows its new list of companies.
