Manage opportunity labels
Learn how to add, edit, and remove Opportunity Labels in the web app.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select System Settings.

- Click on Opportunities.

- Now you'll have access to edit the following:
- Opportunity Labels
- Item Names
- Opportunity Custom Fields
- Item Custom Fields
- Now you'll have access to edit the following:
Manage Opportunity Labels
- Select the Opportunity Labels tab.
Add a New Opportunity Label
- Click the + New Opportunity Label button.

- In the slide-out form, enter the Name (mandatory) and Description (optional).
Make the Opportunity Label Required or Allow Multiple Selections by checking the respective boxes.
- In the slide-out form, enter the Name (mandatory) and Description (optional).

- Required: Ensures companies can't be created without selecting a label from this group.
- Allow Multiple Selections: Allows users to choose multiple labels when creating or editing a company.
- Click Save.

- After saving, click on the new label group to add labels.
- To Add a New Label: click the Add label + button, type the name, then press ENTER or click the checkmark.

- To Remove a Label: click the trash icon next to the label.
Edit Opportunity Labels
- Click on the Opportunity label you wish to modify. This will open a slide-out panel where you can:
- Change the Name or Description.
- Check the Required box to make the label mandatory when creating new opportunities
- Check the Allow Multiple Selections box to allow multiple selections for that label.

- Edit the labels by clicking on the pencil icon next to the label name
Delete an Opportunity Label
- Click on the Opportunity Label you want to delete
- Click the Delete button and confirm your choice when prompted.
