Use the parts sales report in Voze Web
Learn how to see parts sales next to visits and compare date ranges in Voze Web.
Your parts sales report in Voze Web puts parts sales next to your team’s visits. You can see which accounts your team visited and which ones bought, and you can compare date ranges side by side. You don’t need your DMS open in another window to match them up.
See parts sales next to visits
- In Voze Web, open Reports.
- Go to your parts sales report.
- Filter by location, rep, or customer.
- Compare the accounts your team visited with the ones that bought.
To leave someone out, pick is not in the customer, rep, or department filter. You don’t have to check every other name in the list.
If your DMS is Procede, sales by outside rep come from the people set up as outside sales reps in Voze.
Compare date ranges
- In your parts sales report, choose the Date Filtered tab.
- Pick the periods you want to compare: months, quarters, weeks, or your own ranges, on your fiscal calendar.
- Pick a measure: sales, gross profit dollars, or quantity sold.
- Pick a breakdown: location, rep, customer, part source, part class, or part number.
Each period gets its own column, with a total across the span. You can switch between sales, gross profit dollars, and quantity sold without rebuilding the report. To share it, export the report to a spreadsheet.
🔥 Hot tip: Before your next sales meeting, put this quarter next to last quarter by customer, then look at the accounts your team visited that didn’t buy. Ask each rep what they heard there.
Parts sales reports are there for teams with a Karmak, Procede, or CDK connection. What they bring in depends on how your DMS is set up. Not connected yet? Ask your customer success manager what your DMS can bring in.
