Record a note

iOS

• Tap the + button from anywhere in the app and select Record Note.
• Select the company you want to record the note for from the list of companies.
  
  • Tap the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search the name of the company.
  • If you need to add a new company, tap the Add New Company button.

• Select the Note Type and tap Next or Start Recording.
• Dictate the details of your interaction.
  • Tap the record button to Pause or Resume your recording at any time.
  • Say "follow up" or "follow up task" followed by the date and time to schedule a follow up.
• When you've completed your recording, tap Pause, then Upload.

Android

• Tap the + button from anywhere in the app and select Record Note.
• Select the company you want to record the note for from the list of companies.
  
  • Tap the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search the name of the company.
  • If you need to add a new company, simply tap the Create New Company button.

• Select a Note Type and tap the > button. 
• Tap the record button to begin recording.
• Dictate the details of your interaction.
  • Tap the record button to Pause or Resume your recording at any time.
  • Say "follow up" or "follow up task" followed by the date and time to schedule a follow up. 
• When you've completed your recording, tap Stop, and then Upload.
