Set up Opportunities
Learn how to get started with the opportunities tool.
Three steps to set up Opportunities:
- Create at least one Opportunity label group with labels.
- Add items.
- Select with label group you want to use as the funnel group.
- Click your name in the top right corner and select System Settings.
- Click Opportunities
- From here you can manage the following:

- Opportunity Labels: click here to learn how to add, edit, remove opportunity labels. An example of a label group is Phase, which can include labels such as Open, Won, and Lost. You can create any label group and corresponding labels that suit your team's needs.
- Item Names: click here to learn how to add, edit, remove item names. The products or product categories your team is selling.

- Once you've added labels and items, the next step is to check the box under Filter Group and Funnel Group for one label group:

- Filter Group: checking this box will add that label to the top of the Opportunities table as a tab.

- Funnel Group: checking this box adds the Funnel tab but also enables you to pick which labels denote Won, Lost, and Closed.

- Click on the label group to select which labels represent Won-Closed, Lost-Closed.

- Choosing these options will activate the functionality of the Open and Closed tabs.
