Use Voze Extracted Fields

Learn how a rep’s note fills in each manufacturer line’s field on its own.

With Voze Extracted Fields, a rep records one note and names the manufacturer lines they talked about. Voze puts what they said about each line into that line’s field, and the full note stays in the note body. Nobody has to copy note text into line fields by hand.

Set up Voze Extracted Fields

  1. Ask your customer success manager (CSM) to set up Voze Extracted Fields. We add a field for each line you carry and connect it for you.
  2. If a line goes by another name in the field, tell your CSM so we can match it.

Record a note that fills in line fields

  1. Record your note as usual. To learn how, see Record a note.
  2. Name each line, then talk about it.
  3. Save the note. What you said about each line fills in that line’s field on its own.

Report by line

Run the same report by line you already use. The line fields are filled in from the notes, so the report shows what reps said about each line.

🔥 Hot tip: Other fields can fill in from a note the same way, like an English version of a note logged in Spanish. Ask your CSM what's set up for your account.
