View overdue, due today, and completed tasks

See what needs your attention first in Voze Pro.

  • Open the Voze Pro app.

  • On the home screen, scroll to the My tasks section, just below your nearby companies. It shows how many tasks are due today, with anything overdue pinned to the top in red.
  • Tap View all to open your full task list.
  •  Your task list opens to three sections stacked in priority order: Overdue, Due Today, and Completed Today. Your calendar sits just below them.

🔥 Hot tip: Look at My tasks first thing every morning.

To see Overdue tasks:

  • Overdue is the first section on the screen — you no longer have to go looking for late tasks.
  • The first 3 overdue tasks show right in the section, in red.
  • Have more than 3? Tap See all to open your complete overdue list on its own screen.
  • Have 3 or fewer? There's no See all link, because you're already seeing all of them.
  • You may snooze a task you are not ready to complete. To learn more, see Snooze a task

To see tasks due today:

  • Due Today sits directly below Overdue.
  • Every task due today appears here.
  • This section is always on screen, even when it's empty — you'll see "No tasks today."

To see completed tasks:

  • Completed Today is the third section, below Due Today.
  • Tap the checkbox on any task in Overdue or Due Today and it moves into Completed Today immediately. No refresh, no waiting.
  • Reopen a completed task and it moves back to Overdue or Due Today, based on its due date.
  • To find tasks you completed on an earlier day, use the calendar below the three sections and tap that day.
  • Completed tasks are stored under the day they were completed.

To see upcoming tasks:

  • Within the My Tasks screen:
  • Swipe the calendar strip to see the next week. A blue dot on a day of the week indicates a task has been scheduled for that day.
  • You may also tap the month/year dropdown to see the current calendar month.
  • Any days of the month with a blue dot indicate tasks have been scheduled those days.
  • Tap any day to have the task list update to show tasks due on the day you select.

Each task shows as a card with:

  • A checkbox — tap it to mark the task complete.
  • The task title.
  • A meta line telling you when it's due and which company it's for. Overdue tasks show how late they are — for example, "5 hours overdue · Riverton Library." Tasks due today show the time — "Today · 2:49 PM · Riverton Library."

Overdue task cards are shown in red.

The same cards appear in the My tasks section on your home screen.

Hot tip: You don't have to hunt for what's late anymore. Overdue is the first section in your task list — and it shows on your home screen too, so you can see what's behind without opening anything.
