Why aren't my notes uploading?
Let's run through possible scenarios of why your notes might not be uploading and how to solve them.
Cell service
- If you're in a location with limited cell service, your call notes will upload once you have sufficient service.
- If you have sufficient service and they're still not uploading:
- Turn off and on your phone
- Make sure you're set up to upload notes with data and not wifi only.
Verify your password
- If your app has been open in the background for an extended period of time (multiple days/weeks), it's possible your login tokens have expired. To remedy this:
- Go to Settings > tap on Problems uploading call notes?

- Enter your existing password. If you don't remember your password, click here If you need to reset your password.
Check uploads
- From the menu go to My Uploads (Android) or Uploads (iOS)
- The uploads could be in the following colors:
- Black: Successfully uploaded!
- The uploads could be in the following colors:

- Yellow: Pending upload. Make sure you have good cell service.

- Red: Failed upload, re-record the note.
