Create a company

Learn how to add a new company to Voze Pro so you can log notes, tasks, and contacts against it.

 

  • Open the Voze Pro app.
  • Tap the + icon and select Create a Company.
  • Fill in the company details on the New Company screen:
  • Company name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Any other fields your team uses, like labels or territory.
  • Optional: Add contacts to the company. Tap + Contact, then enter each person's name, role, phone, or email.
  • Tap the blue checkmark to save the company.

Hot tip: Already mid-note and realize the company doesn't exist yet? Tap + Company from the Select company screen to add it without backing out — your note keeps right on going.

 

Business card scanning: The New Company screen shows a business card scanner that reads company name, phone, and address from a photo. It's still in early access and not yet ready for live use — type the details in for now.
