Scan a business card
Capture a new company and contact in one step by scanning a business card with your camera in Voze Pro.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Tap the + icon and select Create a Company.
- On the New Company screen, tap the business card scanner.
- Hold your phone steady and line the card up inside the camera frame. Make sure the text on the card is in focus.
- Snap the photo. Voze Pro reads the company name, phone number, and address from the card.
- Review the company details and fix anything the scanner missed:
- Company name.
- Address.
- Phone number.
- Any other fields your team uses, like labels or territory.
- Review the contact details from the card. The contact's name, role, phone, and email pull in alongside the company.
- Tap the blue checkmark to save both the company and the contact in one step.

Hot tip: Scan the card the moment it hits your hand — before the conversation is even over if you can. Lay it on a flat, contrasting surface (a dark card on a light counter, or vice versa), kill any glare, and let the scanner do the work. Then jump straight into a note and capture what you talked about while it's fresh. One motion: scan, log, move. You'll never end up with a stack of nameless cards in your truck again. |
