Create an opportunity
Learn how to create an opportunity in the web, iOS, and Android apps.
Web
- Navigate to the Opportunities page.
- Click on the + New Opportunity button, to the right above the table.
- Complete the new opportunity form:

- Depending on your setup, Opportunity Labels may be required.

- The following fields are mandatory:
- Opportunity Name
- Company
- Opportunity Owner (this is auto-assigned to the creator by default)
- The following fields are mandatory:

- You can also fill in addition fields:
- Assigned User
- Estimated Close Date
- Opportunity Description
- You can also fill in addition fields:
- Once you've completed the form, click Create at the top of the form.
- After the Opportunity is created, you can add Items, Notes, Tasks, and Files to it.
iOS
There are two ways to create a new opportunity: Create an Opportunity in a recording and Manually Create an Opportunity.
Create an Opportunity in a recording

- Tap the + button and select Record note.

- Pick the company
- Select the note type
- Begin the recording and say "New Opportunity"
- Dictate the Opportunity details:
- Phase: phases are custom for each organization and required.
- Item name: these are also custom for each organization and required.
- Amount: dollar amount per product/service being sold.
- Quantity: number of products/services being sold.
- Probability: a percentage of how likely is the deal to close.
- Dictate the Opportunity details:
- Tap the Pause and Upload to create the new opportunity.
Manually Create an Opportunity
- Navigate to More.

- Select Opportunities.
- Select Add Opportunity.
- Complete the New Opportunity Form.
- Tap Save in the top right.
After the Opportunity is created, you can add Items, Notes, Tasks, and Files to it.
Android
There are two ways to create a new opportunity: Create an Opportunity in a recording and Manually Create an Opportunity.
Create an Opportunity in a recording
- Tap the + button and select Record note.

- From the hamburger menu, select Opportunities.
Select the Add Opportunity button at the bottom.
- Complete the New Opportunity Form.
- When you're finished, tap Save in the top right.
After the Opportunity is created, you can add Items, Notes, Tasks, and Files to it.
