Delete a note
Learn how to delete a note in Voze Pro.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- To find the note you want to delete. You can:
- Tap My notes from the home screen.
- Scroll to the note you want to delete.
- Tap the note.
- Tap the 3-dot-menu
- Tap Delete
- Tap Delete on the Delete note confirmation screen. This cannot be undone.
Caution: This cannot be undone. Deleting a note removes the text, transcription, attachments, contacts, and any tasks tied to it. If you need to change something, tap Edit instead of Delete. To learn more, see Edit a note
- You may also tap Find
- Tap the Notes tab
- Type words included in your note in the Search notes field.
- Tap the note.
- Tap the 3-dot-menu
- Tap Delete
- Tap Delete on the Delete note confirmation screen. This cannot be undone.
- You may also find a note by searching the company it is attached to:
- Tap Find from the home screen.
- Type the name of the company in the Search companies field.
- Select the company.
- The Notes section will open.
- Scroll to the note you want to delete.
- Tap the note to open it.
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Tap Delete.
- On the Delete note? confirmation, tap Delete.
