Delete a note
Learn how to permanently remove a note from Voze Pro.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Find the note you want to delete. You can:
- Tap My notes on the home screen to see your recent notes.
- Tap Find in the bottom navigation, pick the company, then tap the Notes tab on the company profile.
Tap the note to open it.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right of the note.
- Tap Delete note.
- Confirm to permanently remove the note.

Caution: Deleting a note is permanent. The note text, transcription, attachments, contacts, and any tasks tied to it are gone for good — there's no undo. If you only need to fix something, tap the pencil icon to edit the note instead. |
