Edit a note
Learn how to update a note in Voze Pro — fix the text, change the interaction type, swap contacts, or update attachments.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Find the note you want to edit. You can:
- Tap My notes on the home screen to see your recent notes.
- Tap Find in the bottom navigation, pick the company, then tap the Notes tab on the company profile.
Tap the note to open it.
- Tap the “…” and then the pencil icon.
- Make your changes. You can update:
- The note text or transcription.
- The Interaction type — In-person, Email, Text, Call, or Other.
- Contacts attached to the note.
- Attachments under Images or files.
- Tags.
- Tap the blue checkmark in the top right to save your changes.

Heads up: The transcription is editable, but the underlying voice recording can't be re-recorded. If a note needs a full re-do, create a new note instead. |
