Attach images and files to a note
Add up to 10 photos or files to any note in Voze Pro — whether you record it, type it, or both.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Tap the + icon and select Create a note.
- Record or type your note as usual. Get the details down first while the conversation is fresh — you'll organize everything else after.
- On the New note screen, tap Images or files.
- Pick how you want to add the attachment:
- Take a new picture with your camera.
- Choose an existing photo from your camera roll.
- Browse and pick a file from your device.
Each attachment appears under Images or files on the New note screen.
- Repeat to add more attachments. You can attach up to 10 photos or files per note.
- Finish anything else that's relevant — interaction type, company, contacts, tags, or tasks.
- Tap the blue checkmark on the New note screen to save.

Hot tip: Snap pictures of business cards, signed paperwork, jobsite photos, brochures, or invoices — anything that belongs with the note. Attachments live with the note forever, so the next time someone opens it, the full picture is right there. |

Need to add an attachment later?: Open the note, tap the pencil icon in the top right, then tap Images or files to add more. |
