Filter companies on the map
Learn how to narrow down which companies show on the Voze Pro map — by your accounts, third-party leads, keywords, or how long since your last visit.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Open the map. Tap Companies nearby on the home screen to jump into the full map view.
- Tap the filter icon in the top right of the map.
- Pick the filters you want to apply. You can choose any combination of:
- Your companies only — show just the accounts assigned to you.
- Third-party leads — pull in outside leads like Google leads and RigDig leads.
- Keyword filters — narrow by the custom keywords your team has set up, like "Tires" or "Trucks".
- Days since last note — pick 7, 30, 60, 90, 120, or 365+ days to surface accounts you haven't touched in a while.
- Tap Apply filters to update the map. Only companies that match your filters will show as pins.
- Tap Clear all at any time to reset the filters and see every company again.

Hot tip: Between appointments, set Days since last note to 90 days or more. Every overdue account nearby drops onto the map at once — your map turns into a built-in to-do list. Hit the closest pin, log a quick note, and keep moving. |
