Filter companies on the map
Learn how to filter companies on the map.
- Open the Voze Pro app.
- Tap the map on the home screen.
- To select filters, tap the filter icon or tap the dropdowns for All companies, All notes, or Leads.
- On the main Filters page, pick the filters you want to apply. You can:
- Tap the Show only my companies toggle to display only the accounts assigned to you.
- Tap the Show 3rd party leads toggle. Toggle the applicable lead categories, such as Google or other third-party paid integration services, to pull in outside leads. To learn how, see Add lead keywords to find prospects.
- Under Days since last note, tap an option to filter by the desired timeframe.
- If your company is utilizing Company labels, tap the options you wish to filter by.
- Tap Apply filters to update the map. Only companies that match your filters will show as pins.
- To remove filters:
- Tap the filter icon
- Tap Clear all to reset the filters
- Tap Apply filters
🔥 Hot tip: Between appointments, set Days since last note to 90 days or more. Accounts you haven't contacted in a while will drop onto the map, turning your map into a built-in to-do list.
