Find a company
Learn how to find a company in Voze Pro.
- From the home screen, tap Find.
- Type the company name in the "Search companies" field. Results appear as you type.
- You may also search companies using the "Nearest" filter.
- Tap Nearest then select the dot next to:
- Nearest company first
- Most recent note first
- Oldest note first
- Company name (A-Z)
- Company name (Z-A)
- Tap Apply sorting
- Tap the company in the results to open its profile.

To find companies on the map:
- Tap the map on the home screen.
- Type the name of the company in the Search field.
- To select filters, tap the filter icon or tap the dropdowns for All companies, All notes, or Leads.
- On the main Filters page, pick the filters you want to apply. You can:
- Tap the Show only my companies toggle to display only the accounts assigned to you.
- Tap the Show 3rd party leads toggle. Toggle the applicable lead categories, such as Google or other third-party paid integration services, to pull in outside leads. To learn how, see Add lead keywords to find prospects.
- Under Days since last note, tap an option to filter by the desired timeframe.
- If your company is utilizing Company labels, tap the options you wish to filter by.
🔥 Hot tip: The plus button creates, Find searches. Tap + when you want to start something new — a note, a company, a task, a contact. Tap Find when you're looking for a company that is already in your database.
Want a company on your home screen? Open the company profile, then tap the star icon to favorite it. Favorite companies show up on the home screen for one-tap access. For more information, see Favorite a company.
