Support Portal
From the support portal you can submit tickets and monitor ticket status.
- Click here to register for the support portal.
- Enter your work email
- Create a password and confirm that password
- Check the "I agree..." box
- You'll be prompted to verify your email address
- Check your email, including Spam/Junk, for an email from Voze Support
- Once you've found it, click the "Verify Email Address" button.
- You'll be taken back to the support portal
- Click "Sign in"
- Enter in your login credentials and click "Sign in"
- Now you can submit new tickets, monitor existing tickets, and communicate with support via the portal.
- To add a new ticket click "Submit a New Support Ticket"
- To view existing tickets click "Tickets"
- Click on an individual ticket to view the conversation and any new updates from Voze support.
