Support Portal

From the support portal you can submit tickets and monitor ticket status.

  • Click here to register for the support portal.
    • Enter your work email 
    • Create a password and confirm that password
    • Check the "I agree..." box

Support Portal_Register

  • You'll be prompted to verify your email address

Support Portal_Verify Email Prompt

  • Check your email, including Spam/Junk, for an email from Voze Support
    • Once you've found it, click the "Verify Email Address" button.

  • You'll be taken back to the support portal 
    • Click "Sign in"

  • Enter in your login credentials and click "Sign in"

Support Portal_Sign In

  • Now you can submit new tickets, monitor existing tickets, and communicate with support via the portal. 
    • To add a new ticket click "Submit a New Support Ticket" 
    • To view existing tickets click "Tickets"
    • Click on an individual ticket to view the conversation and any new updates from Voze support.
