- Using the global search at the top, search any combination of the company name and address details to pull up the duplicate companies, then click See all [#] matches.

- If there isn't a combination of company name and address info that brings up both accounts, from the Companies page, apply any filters to narrow down the list and select the two companies to merge together.
- Check the box in the left column and click Merge.
- Out of those two companies, select the one you would like to keep.
- Below that, you'll see details about what occurs when two companies are merged. As noted, "This action can't be undone."
- Once you've picked the company you want to keep and have the other merged into, click Merge. It can take up to 10 minutes for the merge to complete.
