Two companies in Voze Pro can share a name and an address, like a parts account and a service account that are meant to stay separate. Now the account ID from your external system shows on the card, so you can tell them apart before you log a note.
What we heard
A dealer's sales team told their CSM they keep several companies with the same name on purpose, and their reps only know which is which by the account ID. Reps at another dealer said they copy that number onto sales agreements and into other systems, so they needed it where they could see it.
What's different now
When a company comes from your external system with an account ID, Voze Pro shows that ID on the company card in Find and in the list when you pick a company. It's also under the name on Company details and on the Info tab. You can see which account is which before you tap, so your note lands on the right one. Companies without an external account ID look just like before.
How to use it
- In Find, type the account number your team already uses. Part of the number works too.
- Open the company to see the ID on Company details and the Info tab.
What to do next
