Compare parts sales by date range, side by side

You want to know whether a fleet account bought more parts this quarter than last. Now you can compare parts sales by date range in one report, with each period in its own column, side by side.

What we heard

A parts team at a truck dealership told their account team they wanted to compare three months together. The report only let them look at one date range at a time.

What’s different now

Pick the periods you want to compare, like months, quarters, weeks, or your own ranges. Each one gets its own column, with a total across the span. Compare two periods or several, on your fiscal calendar. Switch between sales, gross profit dollars, and quantity sold without rebuilding the report. Then break it down by location, rep, customer, part source, part class, or part number. You’ll see which accounts are growing and which are slipping, and you decide where to spend your next sales meeting.

How to use it

  • In Voze Web, open Reports and go to your parts sales report.
  • Choose the Date Filtered tab.
  • Pick your periods, a measure, and a breakdown. Export to a spreadsheet when you want to share it.

It’s there for every team with parts sales reports in Voze Web.

What to do next

Before your next sales meeting, put this quarter next to last quarter by customer, and start with the accounts that moved the most. See what each DMS connection brings into Voze on our DMS integrations page.
