Three things you told us were broken in September work again: follow-up task emails, group @tags, and the Activity report.
What we heard
In early September, follow-up emails switched to one per task, sent when it's due. Then they stopped arriving for some people. A rep at a truck dealership wrote, "I am not receiving those anymore." They arrive again when each follow-up is due.
Group @tags, like one for a purchasing team, didn't turn blue or notify anyone. A director at a tire distributor told us, "notifications aren't making it to the purchasing team." Group tags now turn blue and notify the group.
Some people got a "not authenticated" error when they opened the Activity report in Voze Web. A sales leader at a truck dealership asked us to "authenticate my account so I can review the team activity." The report opens again.
What's different now
For reps
- You pick the activity type on every note. It used to start on in-person, so phone calls got logged as visits.
- Tasks you add in Voze Pro without a note show up in Voze Web too.
- A note link in an email takes you to that note, even if you have to sign in first.
- Search finds words anywhere in the text of attached photos.
For managers and admins
- When a rep changes territories, their company list in Voze Pro follows.
- New voice-recorded notes count as recorded in reports, not typed.
What to do next
Worked around any of these, like watching your calendar for follow-ups or messaging the purchasing team yourself? You can stop. More for reps is in Voze for reps.
