A new project is going up, there's no street address yet, and you're already talking with the general contractor and two subs. In Voze Pro, that job site gets its own record, with the pin, the companies, and the notes in one place.
Why we built it
Reps who sell into construction projects work several companies around one job site. What they knew about the job ended up scattered across notes, contacts, and follow-ups.
What's different now
Add a job site from the map, drop the pin on the exact spot, and attach the contractors. Link the notes you log with them to the job site. Next time you head out, its Notes tab has every linked note, so you pull in knowing where the job stands.
How to use it
- On the map, tap the pin icon, then Add a job site. Fill in the details and use Location to drop the pin.
- On Job Site Details, add the General Contractor and any Sub Contractors.
- When you log a note, tap Link to and pick the job site. Find it later in Find, on the Job Sites tab.
Job sites are turned on per account. Don't see Add a job site? Ask your CSM.
