Monday morning, you want to know if last week’s visits turned into parts sales. That meant your DMS in one window, Voze in another, and matching accounts by hand. Now, on Karmak, Procede, and CDK, Voze Web shows parts sales next to visits.
Why we built it
Your DMS knows what sold. Voze knows what happened on the visit. And leaving one rep or department out of the parts sales report meant checking every other name in the list.
What’s different now
See parts sales by location, rep, and customer, and which accounts your team visited and which bought. Filters like customer, rep, and department now offer is not, so you can leave someone out in one step. On Procede, sales by outside rep comes from the people set up as outside sales reps in Voze. You see where visits paid off and decide which accounts get the next one.
How to use it
- In Voze Web, open Reports and go to your parts sales report.
- Filter by location, rep, or customer.
- Compare the accounts your team visited with the ones that bought.
It’s there for teams with a Karmak, Procede, or CDK connection, and what it brings in depends on how your DMS is set up. See our DMS integrations page.
What to do next
Before your next sales meeting, pull up the accounts your team visited last month that didn’t buy. Ask each rep what they heard there. Not connected yet? Voze is a preferred partner of Procede, Karmak, and MaddenCo, and works with CDK. Ask your CSM what your DMS can bring in.
Heard something in the field we should fix? Tell your CSM or email support@voze.com. That’s how a lot of these start.
