You finish a visit, record your note and tap Save. You can save a voice note and move on. You walk back to the truck while Voze finishes the rest.
Why we built it
A rep's day is a string of short stops. Holding someone at each one while a recording is processed is time they'd rather spend getting to the next customer. So Save now means you're done.
What's different now
Tap Save and go. Your note shows up in My notes right away, marked Note processing.... Voze handles transcription, task extraction, and @mention routing in the background, and the finished note takes its place. Several notes can process at once, so back-to-back stops don't pile up behind you.
If Voze can't tell who you meant by an @mention, it flags the note Unresolved mention and sends an alert: A Note Requires Review. Open the note and Who did you mean? lists the matches. Pick the right person and save.
How to use it
- Record your note and tap Save. It appears in My notes right away.
- Got the A Note Requires Review alert? Open the note, choose the person under Who did you mean? and save.
- Want to read the text first? Choose Review before saving on the save screen. You can also edit any note later from its detail page.
What to do next
At your next stop, tap Save and head out. Stop waiting in the lot for a note to finish. Check My notes when it suits you.
