You jotted part numbers on a notepad at the counter, then retyped them into a note that night so you could find them later. In Voze Pro, snap a photo of the page onto the note instead. Search reads the words in the photo, printed or handwritten.
Why we built it
Reps photograph invoices, part sheets, whiteboards, and handwritten notes all day. To find what was in those photos later, someone had to type it into the note by hand.
What's different now
Attach a photo to a note or a comment, and Voze Pro reads the text in it. Search for a part number, a price, or a name, and the note comes up with the matching words highlighted and a thumbnail of the photo. Tap the thumbnail to see the whole page. Photos already on notes and comments, going back two years, were read too, so they turn up as well.
How to use it
- On a note, tap + next to Images or files and add the photo.
- Save the note.
- When you need it, tap Find, open the Notes tab, and type what you're looking for in Search notes.
What to do next
Next time you fill a page on your notepad, don't retype it. Snap it onto the note before you pull away, and search for it when you need it, right in Voze Pro.
