You pull into a customer's lot with a couple of minutes before you head in. Now the Voze Pro home screen puts a note icon next to every nearby company, so you can start that note without searching for anything.
Why we built it
Starting a note from Home took too many steps, and notes and tasks were fighting for the same small screen. Reps capture notes between stops, so starting one should be the easiest thing on the screen.
What's different now
Each company in your nearby list has a note icon, and tapping it opens a new note with that company already filled in. Notes and Map now live in the bottom bar with Home, +, and Find, so you can reach them from any screen. Your tasks get more room on Home too, with overdue ones in red at the top and View all for the full list.
How to use it
- Open Voze Pro to Home.
- Find the company in your nearby list and tap its note icon. Tap anywhere else on the row to open its profile instead.
- Record or type your note, then save it.
What to do next
At your next stop, start the note from the nearby list instead of searching for the company.
