You're at a stop, and your customer reads off their cell. Now you can save it on their contact in Voze Pro, right next to the number you already had. When you call later, you pick the one that reaches them.
What we heard
A rep at a truck dealership told us one phone field wasn't enough. Many of the customers they call have more than one number, and the one on file often wasn't the one that reached the right person. Other reps said the same thing.
What's different now
Every contact in Voze Pro has two phone fields: Primary phone and Mobile phone. Both show on the contact's details. When you call a contact who has both, Voze Pro asks which one you want, so their cell is there when you need it.
How to use it
- Adding someone new? Fill in Primary phone, Mobile phone, or both on New contact.
- Already have the contact? Open it, tap ⋯, then Edit, and fill in Mobile phone.
- Ready to call? Open the company, go to Contacts, tap the phone icon next to the person, and choose Primary phone or Mobile phone.
What to do next
Next time a customer gives you their cell, save it to their contact before you pull out of the lot. You can stop burying it in a note. See what else Voze Pro does for reps.
Heard something in the field we should fix? Tell your CSM or email support@voze.com. That's how this one started.
