You tap record, and the screen just spins. Now Voze Pro tells you when the microphone is off and takes you to the setting that fixes it.
What we heard
Reps who couldn't record a note contacted Support. All they saw was a spinner, with nothing to say the microphone was off, so they waited on an answer to an easy fix.
What's different now
For reps
- If microphone access is off, tapping record shows a message that Voze Pro needs the microphone, with a way to open your phone's settings. Turn it on, come back, and record without restarting the app.
- When you create or edit a task, Save always responds. If the company, description, or due date is missing, Voze Pro marks what's missing instead of leaving you guessing.
- Where job sites are turned on, Edit job site lists the linked companies with add and remove buttons you can see, and the + beside each role is blue. No more hunting for the swipe.
How to use it
- Seeing the microphone message? Tap through to settings and turn the microphone on.
- Making a task? Tap Save, fix what's marked, and save again.
- Open a job site, tap Edit, and manage its companies there.
What to do next
Next time a recording won't start, check for the message and turn the microphone on yourself. You can stop waiting on Support for a quick fix. See what else reps can do in Voze for reps.
