Your teammates read your notes every day. Now they can see who wrote them. In Voze Pro, you can add a profile photo from Settings, and it shows up next to your name across the app.
Why we built it
Notes, comments, and @mentions work better when you can put a face to a name. That matters most on bigger teams and for managers reading notes from a dozen reps. And you shouldn't have to ask anyone which email you log in with or what territory you're in.
What's different now
The top of Settings now shows your photo, name, job title, and role. Under that, a Profile card shows the email you log in with and your territory. Your photo appears anywhere your avatar does, like the top of Home, your note cards, and your comments. No photo yet? You'll see your initials.
How to use it
- Tap your photo or initials at the top of Home to open Settings.
- Tap the camera badge on your avatar.
- Choose Take photo or Choose from library. To clear it, tap Remove photo.
Your name, job title, role, email, and territory come from your company's Voze setup, so you can't edit them in the app. If something's wrong, ask your admin or your customer success manager to fix it.
What to do next
Add your photo in Voze Pro before your next stop, so the next note you log has your face on it.
Heard something in the field we should fix? Tell your CSM or email support@voze.com. That's how a lot of these start.
