Each manufacturer line's field fills in from the rep's note

A manufacturer asks how their line has been represented, and the answer is spread across a month of notes. Now the rep says it once in a voice note, and what they said about each line lands in that line's custom field on its own.

Why we built it

Manufacturer rep agencies carry many lines at once, and each manufacturer wants to see what was said about its products. Getting the right part of each note into the right line's field meant someone listening and copying it over by hand.

What's different now

With Voze Extracted Fields, the rep records one note and names the lines they talked about. Voze puts the words about each line into that line's field, and the full note stays in the body. You run the same report you always have, and nobody copies a word. Other fields work the same way, like an English version of a Spanish note.

Say the line's name in the note, and its field fills in on its own.

How to use it

  • Ask your customer success manager (CSM) to set up Voze Extracted Fields. We add a field for each line you carry and connect it for you.
  • Have reps name each line, then talk about it. If a line goes by another name in the field, tell your CSM so we can match it.
  • Run your usual report by line.

What to do next

Ask your CSM to set up the lines your manufacturers ask about most, and stop copying note text into line fields. See what else Voze shows sales managers.

Heard something in the field we should fix? Tell your CSM or email support@voze.com. That's how a lot of these start.
