When was the last time you met with a new contact, and needed to start taking notes about them immediately?
Voze has a brand new feature that will allow you to quickly create a new company so you can then take notes about that company right away.
On your iOS phone:
- Open the Voze app (you may need to update your app from the App Store)
- Tap '+' on the bottom menu
- Choose 'Create Company' (you must have permission to create companies to see this option)
- Tap into the search box 'Company name and city'
- Type the company name (you may also include the city)
- Tap 'Search' on your phone keyboard
- Tap on the company you were searching for
- See the company details pre-populated into the form
- Select the territory or territories this company should be in
- Tap 'Create' in the top right
- View the new company's detail page
- Now you can add notes, contacts, and more to your new company in Voze
On your Android phone:
- This feature is not yet available for Android. This tutorial will be updated when the feature becomes available.
