Effortless Note-Taking: How to Capture Handwritten Notes with Voze's New Photo Feature

We're excited to introduce a new feature in Voze that makes capturing your handwritten notes even easier. With our latest update, you can now take a photo of your handwritten notes and have them automatically transcribed and added to your Voze account. This quick tutorial will guide you through the simple steps to start using this time-saving feature.

Creating manual text notes on iOS

1. Open the Voze app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the + menu option.
3. Select "Capture note" to take a photo of your handwritten notes.
4. Choose where you'd like to capture the note from:
   • Use your camera to take a new photo of your handwritten note.
   • Select an existing image from your photo library.
5. If you're using your camera:
   • Position your device over the handwritten note.
   • Tap the shutter button to capture the photo.
6. Crop the photo (optional):
   • Use the circles at each corner to crop the photo.
   • This is useful if you want to focus on a specific section of your handwritten note.
7. Fill in the note details:
   • Select the company associated with the note.
   • Choose the note type (e.g., meeting, call, visit).
   • Add any additional details or comments.
   • Fill in custom fields or company labels specific to your account.
8. Review and save:
   • Tap "Save" if you're satisfied with the photo and note details.
   • If you want to retake the photo, tap "Take Again."
   • You can also change the associated company at this step if needed.
9. View your transcribed note:
   • The photo will now appear in the narrative section of the selected company.
   • The transcription of your handwritten note will be displayed below the photo.
