More ways to share your voice notes

1-Oct-16-2024-05-40-13-5278-PMWe're excited to introduce new AI voice note enhancements that make sharing your insights even easier! Now you have more natural ways to communicate and tag users in your voice notes. It's all about making Voze work the way you talk.

What's new?

  • Simply say "send this note to" or "share this note to" in addition to "email this note to" or "copy this note to"
  • Voze will automatically route your note to the right person or email address

How does it work?

Just speak naturally! For example:

  • "Send this note to Jane Smith"
  • "Share this note to john@company.com"
  • "Copy this note to Mark Johnson"

Voze will email your note to the intended recipient. Want to CC someone? Just say "copy this note to" followed by their name or email.

It's that simple – no need to interrupt your flow or type out email addresses. Just speak, share, and get back to what you do best!

Note geolocation - now in your Detailed Activity Report email

Why is this important?

Sales reps are always on the move - visiting customers, handling calls, and putting out fires. Keeping track of every important detail can be challenging. But we know that creating notes right after a customer visit, before you even leave the parking lot, can make a huge difference in your success with customers and team communication.

What's new?

Now, your Daily Activity Report email shows the distance each note was created from the company location. You'll see things like:

  • "Onsite"
  • "Created 2.3 miles from company"

This little detail can help you and your team track how quickly notes are being created after visits. It's not about monitoring - it's about building great habits that lead to better customer relationships and smoother team communication.

How does it help?

  • Encourages creating notes while information is fresh in your mind
  • Helps you track your own note-taking habits
  • Gives your team insight into the context of each note

Remember, Voze is all about making your job easier and more effective. This feature is just another way we're trying to meet you where you are - quite literally!


Android users - we've got a PLUS for you!

5-3We're always looking for ways to make Voze work better for you, wherever you are in the app. That's why we're excited to announce a small change that makes a big difference for our Android users.

What's new?

Remember that handy main + button that gives you quick access to all your important actions? Previously, you could only use it from the Tasks page. Now, we've expanded its reach!

You'll now find the main + button and all its actions on these additional pages:

  • Companies
  • Contacts
  • Call Notes

Why does this matter?

  • Save time: No need to navigate back to the Tasks page to add a new note or contact.
  • Stay in your flow: Create what you need, right where you are in the app.
  • Work your way: Whether you prefer to start from Companies, Contacts, or Call Notes, you've got full functionality at your fingertips.

This update is all about making Voze fit seamlessly into your workflow. It's not about changing how you work - it's about making sure Voze works the way you do.

Deactivated user notesWe understand that changes in your sales team are a natural part of business. But we also know that these changes shouldn't disrupt your customer relationships or ongoing opportunities. That's why we're thrilled to introduce a new feature that ensures smooth continuity, no matter what.

What's new?

You can now easily access and review notes from deactivated users. This means:

  • No missed follow-ups: See all scheduled follow-ups from previous reps.
  • Complete conversation history: Access the full history of customer interactions.
  • Opportunity continuity: Pick up ongoing opportunities right where they left off.

Why is this important?

  • Maintain customer relationships: Seamlessly continue conversations and follow-ups, even when the point of contact changes.
  • Preserve valuable insights: Don't lose the wealth of knowledge previous reps have gathered about your customers.
  • Smooth transitions: New reps can quickly get up to speed on their accounts and pending opportunities.

It's simple - just like accessing notes from active users. When you're reviewing customer histories or searching for specific information, you'll now see notes from all users who've interacted with that account, whether they're currently with your company or not.
