November 2024 Update: Better Team Collaboration, Contact Management, and Self-Service Support

This November brings three updates to Voze that make it easier to work with your team and manage customer relationships. Let's look at what's new.

Featured Updates

Tag and collaborate with your team

Working with inside sales, parts teams, or other departments just got simpler.

You can now tag any team member in your notes or comments by typing @ followed by their name.

They'll get an email notification right away, keeping everyone in the loop without extra work.

This update is available on the web version of Voze, with mobile coming soon.

Want to share notes with someone outside Voze?

Just click the share icon and type in their email - they'll receive the note content and any custom fields.

Add contacts to an existing company directly in Voze

Keep track of all your company contacts in one place.

The new contact management feature lets you add and update contact information with just a few taps.

Store everything from names and phone numbers to job titles and birthdays, making it easy to stay organized and maintain relationships.

Key contact details you can now track:

• Names and job titles
• Multiple phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Department information
• Birthday reminders
• Custom notes and details
• Business addresses

The new Voze Help Center

Finding answers just got faster with our new Help Center.

Access guides, tutorials, and FAQs directly through the Voze app or at https://www.voze.com/en/help-center.

Whether you're learning a new feature or training your team, the Help Center puts resources at your fingertips.

Sales managers will find this especially useful for onboarding new team members, with step-by-step guides covering everything from creating deals to sharing notes.

Field reps can quickly look up how-to's while on the go, making it easier to handle tasks without waiting for support.
