This November brings three updates to Voze that make it easier to work with your team and manage customer relationships. Let's look at what's new.
Working with inside sales, parts teams, or other departments just got simpler.
You can now tag any team member in your notes or comments by typing @ followed by their name.
They'll get an email notification right away, keeping everyone in the loop without extra work.
This update is available on the web version of Voze, with mobile coming soon.
Want to share notes with someone outside Voze?
Just click the share icon and type in their email - they'll receive the note content and any custom fields.
Keep track of all your company contacts in one place.
The new contact management feature lets you add and update contact information with just a few taps.
Store everything from names and phone numbers to job titles and birthdays, making it easy to stay organized and maintain relationships.
