October was about the stop. Getting the note down faster, knowing more before you walk in, and finding it all again later. A lot of it started with something a customer told us.
Get the note down and go
- Record and Go. Waiting on a recording held reps at every stop. Now you tap Save and head out while Voze finishes it. Read more
- Start a note from Home. One tap on a nearby company starts the note. Read more
- New people, no forms. Say "create new contact" and their name while you record, add contacts without leaving the note, or scan their business card. By voice, in the note, from a card
- Two phone numbers. A rep told us the number on file often didn't reach the right person. Save their cell next to the main line. Read more
- Search your photos. Snap the notepad or parts sheet onto the note, then find it by the words on it. Read more
Know more before you walk in
- Parts order history. Parts reps at truck dealerships asked for a customer's orders in the app. Where it's turned on, the company's Sales tab has them. Read more
- Lead insights on the map. The lead card shows what the lead source knows before you call. Read more
- Account IDs. Same-name accounts look different, and Find searches by ID. Read more
- Favorites on Home. Add the accounts on your route in one go. Read more
Stay on top of what's next
- Overdue first. Tasks opens with what's overdue and due today. Read more
- Due-time reminders. Your phone pings when a task is due. Read more

Fixes and polish
